一、磨合金锯片的操作

1:松开环绕托板，调好磨片角度锁紧。

2:芯轴的调整，魔小锯片：将芯轴会转至靠近磨片方，反之则调远。将芯轴推至右端，装上锯片旋转手轮，初定锯齿磨面的位置。旋转回转台，确定锯齿磨面角度，旋转工作台确定磨面的进给角度。一般磨面与砂轮工作面交角5度左右。（目测）

3：定位组合的调整，将锯片调正到磨刃状态，调整定位托架，将定位销调查整到较合适的锯齿根部并留磨量间隙，将固定螺丝旋转。

4：将芯轴向左调至上述相同的磨量间隙。

5：磨斜齿前刃时；调砂轮角度；然后将转轴固定螺丝钉旋紧。

6；检出所有部位固定后；应手托锯片平稳进给磨削。

二；梳齿刀的磨削

1；将梳齿刀平方在工作台上；选用合适的套轴固定在滑块上；根据梳齿刀的角度调整砂轮或者滑板角度；然后固定磨削。

2；本机设备可以对梳齿刀的前后进行磨削。

三；注意安全事项

1；本机操作必须安全接地。

2；机器必须放在干燥；无腐朽；稳固水平位置。

3；开机前将所有锁紧部位锁紧；开机后运转正常就可以工作。

4；工作结束切断电源。
